Shipping to Austria
For deliveries to Austria, we charge shipping costs per order and, if selected when ordering, shipping service surcharges (additional services) in the following amounts:

All delivery times shown in the shop refer to Germany as the delivery country. For Austria you can expect about 3-7 working days in addition to the stated delivery time.

Goods are delivered by post to the delivery address specified by the customer during order processing. Within Germany, we deliver with DPD, Hermes, DHL or another parcel service of our choice, provided the goods can be sent as a parcel. Premium furniture forwarding deliveries with 2-person handling are usually carried out by our partner Hermes Einrichtungs Service. Regular forwarding deliveries are carried out by DB Schenker, Hellmann or another provider of our choice.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the goods will be dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment.
All delivery times shown in the shop refer to Germany as the delivery country. For all other countries you must allow 3-7 working days in addition to the stated delivery time.
Delivery times are given in working days - working days in the sense of the delivery time are Monday to Friday. Saturday is not considered a working day.
Freight forwarding deliveries are carried out “free of charge” as standard. This means that the goods are delivered to the first lockable door.
We are happy to offer an additional service for delivery “free to place of use”.
