For deliveries abroad (see price table "Other countries", excluding Austria), shipping costs may be charged up to twice as much as in the table (see above) due to two different shipping locations. These are calculated by adding up the shipping costs from one of the following possible combinations:
Parcel + parcel, parcel + freight forwarder or freight forwarder + freight forwarder.
The full delivery costs for your order can be seen in your individual shopping cart. Of course, we try to fulfill every delivery from one warehouse and thus avoid double shipping costs.
Unfortunately, delivery by furniture removal company with 2 people Premium Service is currently only available to delivery countries Germany and Austria. In the case of island deliveries, no additional services are available.
All delivery times shown in the shop refer to Germany as the delivery country. For all other countries you must allow 3-7 working days in addition to the stated delivery time.

Note: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer delivery to third countries in our online shop.
delivery conditions
All prices quoted are final prices, i.e. they include all price components, including statutory German VAT. Any additional delivery and shipping costs and further information can be found in the respective shipping cost list.
Goods are delivered by post to the delivery address specified by the customer during order processing. Within Germany, we deliver with DPD, Hermes, DHL or another parcel service of our choice, provided the goods can be shipped as a parcel. Premium furniture forwarding deliveries with 2-person handling are usually carried out by our partner Hermes Einrichtungs Service. Regular forwarding deliveries are carried out by DB Schenker, Hellmann or another provider of our choice.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the goods will be dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

Delivery times are given in working days - working days in the sense of the delivery time are Monday to Friday. Saturday is not considered a working day.
Freight forwarding deliveries are carried out “free of charge” as standard. This means that the goods are delivered to the first lockable door.
We are happy to offer an additional service for delivery “free to place of use”.
